What you can do

  • See your data usage — how much you have used this month, day by day, and how much of your package is left.
  • Check your plan — your package name, download and upload speed, and data allowance.
  • Know your status at a glance — whether you are online right now, and when your subscription expires.
  • View your invoice history — every bill on your account, and which are paid.
  • Raise a complaint — report a fault in seconds and track it until it is fixed.
  • See your connection sessions — when you connected and how much data each session used.

Private by design

No ads, no tracking and no analytics. The app never asks for your location, contacts, photos or files, never stores your password on your phone, and everything travels over an encrypted connection.

Privacy at a glance

Account
Sign in with your CNIC and internet password. The password is never stored on your phone.
What the app shows
Your plan, usage, sessions, bills and complaints, read from your BBI account. A copy is kept in encrypted storage on your phone so the app opens when you are offline; signing out erases it.
Advertising and analytics
None. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking software.
Who can see it
BBI staff who look after your connection, BBI's backup storage, and authorities where the law requires it.
Responsible for your data
BBI Broadband (Broadband Business Ideas), the internet provider.
